3 Tips to Looking & Feeling Your Best

Most of us have something about our bodies that we’d like to change. For some people (well, a LOT of people!) it’ll be their waist line. For others it’ll be their bust line. Others still may have a mark or scar on their body which they wasn’t there, or suffer from bad acne. Others have tattoos they had inked when they were younger, which they now regret.

Here’s 3 tips to help you look at feel your very best:

Tip #1 –¬†Take Control of Your Diet

Admit it – you’ve tried at least one fad diet, right? And how did that work out for you? ūüôā

Here’s the deal – there are SO MANY “lose weight now” products online, it’s almost overwhelming. But the truth is that losing weight is more about self-discipline and self-control than it is about calorie counting.

There is no “best” diet loss pill, shake or potion. It comes down to you deciding to minimise sugar & carbs, drinking lots of water, eating lots of green veggies & minimising the stuff you already know is bad for you! Sorry folks, but chocolate is not a health food.

Just make a decision – “I’m the kind of person who likes to eat only good¬†food”. This may sound over simplistic, and maybe it is, but it’s how I gave up coffee, chocolate and dairy in the same year. If I can do it, you bet you can too!

Tip #2 –¬†Take Control of Your Fitness

Woman exercising

One of the most common myths of our modern society is that you need to almost kill yourself with hour-long sessions when you’re working out. Nope. More & more experts are highlighting the benefits of shorter, more intense¬†workouts will acheive¬†better results that those gym junkies can hope to gain.

Keeping it regular is the key – just 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week will see you looking & feeling better before you know it.

Tip #3 – Take Control of Your Physical Appearance

Some things you can change easily. It may be a new hair style, an investment in a skin smoothing cream, or finally getting that unwanted tattoo removed.

When we’re young, we often make decisions we regret later in life. One of the most common regrets is getting a tattoo – perhaps it was very relevant to your life back in the day, but not now.

Sometimes it’s about removing a tattoo of¬†a past lover’s name, which is a constant reminder of them.

Laser tattoo removal can help wipe away that past memory, and give you a clean slate. You may even want to use that “blank space” to create a tattoo which means something to you today!
